"Doumeki-kun, can you hand me that tack?" Haku asked, standing awkwardly on the arm of the couch while trying to pin a banner high up on the wall.

"You know I could probably do that easier than you, Haku-chan..." Doumeki said, handing her a tack anyway.

"I'm fine, I'm fine!" Haku waved his concern away, putting the last tack in to the banner. She started to step down, only for her foot to slip on the arm and send her tumbling back. Luckily Doumeki was standing right there, and even with her weight he was able to catch her and keep her from crashing to the ground.

"See?"

"Mmf... th-that's just coincidence. ... thank you, though."

"Are you alright Haku?" Quatre asked, looking up at the banner.

"Ah, Quatre-san, where would you like all this food?" Watanuki asked, looking at the already cluttered kitchen where Akira was still working on things.

"Um..." Quatre looked over from where he'd just sat back down on the couch. "Anywhere? Um Akira might have a better idea where he wants things..."

"Okay, thanks, Quatre-san."

"I'm okay!" Haku chirped, bouncing on her feet once she was standing again.

"Auntie Haku, Uncle Duo and I finished the balloons! Is there anything else I can do?" Alex asked.

"Uhm... well we could see if Akira needs some help in the kitchen?"

"Okay! I wanna lick the batter off the spoons!"

"Alex, you're going to have a ton of sugar later today. You don't need cake batter on top of that."

"It looks good. I was a little worried at how big this apartment was, but its turned out to be just fine." Quatre commented.

Watanuki set down the stack of bento boxes he had brought on a clear spot in the kitchen. "Uh hi, you must be Akira-san. I'm Watanuki Kimihiro. It's nice to meet you."

Akira looked over at the source of the voice that had greeted him as he was setting up a meat and cheese platter. He looked fairly exhausted, having woken up pretty early in the day to start preparing for the impromptu party, but he still managed a friendly smile at Watanuki nonetheless.

"Oh, hi! It's nice to meet you, too, Watanuki-san!" He then looked at the bento boxes, and his face brightened.

"Oh, wow! Suoh-senpai is going to have a lot of food at his party! Thank you so much for contributing to this!"
