Ryuu did as asked, and listened to what Vent said. Nodding a bit, he reached into his jacket pocket, removing the Accel Memory.

"It's pretty simple..." he said, looking from the Memory to Vent. "In our world, these are highly dangerous objects. These 'Gaia Memeories.' They are sought out by those who would do harm, distributed amongst the people so that harm WILL be caused. All for one person's twisted desires or another."

He leaned back, but didn't move his gaze from Vent.

"There are very few people who use Gaia Memories for the good of the people. Those people are Kamen Riders, such as myself. In order to maintain our ability to act independently, in order to not draw attention to that which we hold, Fuuto City's Kamen Riders do not broadcast who we are. Our enemies found out, in time. Those we protected and fought may have discovered amidst our cases, as well, but besides that...

"Coming to this world, I couldn't well say immediately who I could trust. This is why I sought you people out to begin with. Just as you likely want the ability to trust me, I wanted to make sure I could trust YOU people. Though people with abilities are common here, they aren't in my world."

He leaned forward.

"By that point, I had verified that, and it was in a situation where a Kamen Rider's power was needed. So, I acted then. Understand, I never had any intent of holding this power back, either."

"I see."

Vent sat back, and nodded. "I can certainly empathize... in my world, the power of the Biometals were capable of deciding the fate of the entire world... and there were people who misused them."

He closed his eyes.

"Very well. Just tell me one thing... does using it present any immediate danger to you or those around you?"

"Gaia Memories can be dangerous to one's health and cause those who use them to transform into deadly monsters," Ryuu said, "IF they are injected directly into the body. When that happens, a person becomes a 'Dopant.' However, Kamen Riders utilize Drivers which filter out the negative effects of a Memory, while using its powers to maximum potency."

"I see. So... Kamen Riders are kind of like my world's Mega Men, eh?" he said with a grin.

Ryuu gave a light, brief chuckle. "Something like that. For Fuuto, a Kamen Rider is a ... symbol. One who will fight for the hopes and smiles of the city. As such... I have one request."

He paused, placing the Accel Memory back in his pocket.

"I will tell you what you want regarding myself. However... There is another Kamen Rider who may appear in this city. I would ask that you do not pry into him, and that you let him act of his own volition, as the other costumed heroes in this city do. I can promise you, and you will have my word... there is no more steadfast a defender of the innocent than Kamen Rider W."

"DATS doesn't really police freelancers or vigilantes," he said. "Only when they've given us reason to think their methods may be more harmful than good... so, I don't think you need to worry about that, Agent Terui."

Ryuu gave a slight nod. "Good. Then, did you have any other concerns?"

"Nope... unless you have some yourself, I think we're done here."
