Who: Onizuka, Haku...and apparently everyone in the digital world.
What: The wedding of the century!
When: Jan 21st, evening
Where: Neon City - Hyperion Hotel Grand Ballroom
Once upon a time there was a beautiful maid with a voice like an angel came to Earth.
The maid had lived only a short time but had suffered much for someone so physically young. She was weak, and soft, tender, and sad.
But even in the darkest of dark times in her heart, a flicker of hope for a better tomorrow burned.
And as fate would have it, when it seemed she was being thrown head over heels by the constant flowing ever changing river of destiny and brought to worlds and lands foreign and unfamiliar to her, a stranger took her by the hand and pulled her to her feet.
He was silly, strange, and rough around the edges. But his eyes lit up when she spoke with him and it made what felt like a heart flutter inside her.
As time went on they drew closer and closer. He gave her courage and strength, and with that she grew. No longer the timid young maid she was she became a woman of great valor and promise. Skilled, intelligent, brave.
And in return he received love, comfort, acceptance for all his peculiarities. In this land so far from home...they found each other and where they had belonged.

Onizuka tugged at his bowtie nervously only to receive a slap in the leg from Goblimon. "Knock it off you doof or I'll have to retie that thing!" The ugly little Digimon was dressed to match the other groomsmen in black suits with dark purple ties.
"It's hot in here isn't it?" Onizuka mumbled tugging on the tie again. "It feels hot in here."
"It''s not hot." Goblimon insisted as he moved the blond haired teacher to his position at the front of the room. Music drifted through the air from a DJ booth currently being manned by Daisuke.
The Ballroom was huge and yet even now seemed like it might not be big enough for the people showing up. Being as well known...nay infamous as Haku and Onizuka was drawing in huge crowds. Even if they didn't know the bride or groom friends of friends of the family were coming to see the joy and love that had been brought together by luck and Yggdrasil.
A beautiful spread was off to the side with drinks and snacks being guarded carefully till the reception. Lorne's wedding gift to the happy couple had been to not hold back on the amount of money he spent on the food and drinks.
"I gotta get going, Greg's gonna be right here. Just stand still, be quiet and do whatever Greg and Glider tell you." Goblimon insisted before dashing to the back of the room where the other Groomsmen would be waiting for him. He was having uncomfortable flash backs to his own wedding where he'd been left at the alter.
"This really is it." Onizuka mumbled in a daze as his gaze drifted around to the purple and white decorations that covered every inch of the room. "Today's the day." He sounded far away as he thought of all the people back home who he wished could see him now.
I'd rather Haku's family be here then mine. As much as I love them, today is about her.
