"Dou-san, Dou-san!"

Enter an excited little girl who now donned Archery garb. Nadeko rushed over to her daddy Doumeki, trying her best to hurry up ... she had never worn an outfit like this before, though, and it was definitely taking some time to get used to it.

So, naturally, she tripped. Nadeko's arms flailed out as she felt herself falling.

"U-Uwa-!!"

Luckily there was a dad Doumeki to catch her!

"You should be more careful, Nadeko-chan."

Nadeko looked up at Dad Doumeki, blushed, and giggled.

"A-Ah, right .. thank you, Dou-san. I'm still not used to these pants." She stood and twirled around.

"How does it look on me?"

Doumeki smiled, giving her a once over.

"Fine, but your tie is loose," he pointed out, taking a moment to fix her pants and pull them up a little higher. They were baggy and difficult to get around in if one wasn't used to them anyway, but being loose made it even harder.

This made her blush a little more, but with his fixings of her pants, she was able to get around a tiny bit easier. It was still going to take some time for her to get used to walking in these, but she liked them. It made her feel like she had some sort of purpose.

"Thank you," she said sheepishly.

"Mhm," he nodded, "Have you been practicing on your own at all?"

"A little," She said, wandering over to grab a bow and some practice arrows.

"I don't think I've gotten too much better ..."

"Well, show me," he offered, gesturing to the targets and the practice equipment he'd brought out for people to use. He actually had something for her (and was glad she had agreed to come to the practice) but he wasn't going to give it to her just yet.

Nadeko nodded, getting into stance and facing one of the targets. She readied her bow, aimed, and shot the arrow. It barely hit the target, just hanging on near the edge.

She laughed a little, sheepishly.

"I definitely need a lot more work."

Doumeki watched her closely, arms crossed over his chest while she shot.

"At least it's sticking now," he commented with quiet amusement in his voice.

"I have something for you."

Nadeko blinked in confusion, cocking her head to the side.

"For me?"

Nodding, Doumeki moved over to the covered table and bent down, pulling out a long, large wrapped package. He handed it to Nadeko carefully.

"Figured it would be easier to practice if you had your own."

Nadeko's eyes widened, and she took the package in her hands, unwrapping it carefully.

"Oh, wow ..." She breathed. She looked up to Doumeki with a bright, grateful smile and moved forward to hug him.

"Thank you!"

It was a complete set - bow, quiver, arrows, and arm guard. Brand new and never used.
