Where: The Hyperion Hotel
Rock wasn't sure what that sad vibe he'd gotten off Tobias was, but he was hoping by visiting the boy he could find out. And if not, then at least cheer him up some. Gaomon was still 'guarding' Elec so he didn't come along, but there would always be other times. Never mind that it wasn't exactly the safest idea to go as far as he was from home without his partner; it was more important to be there for his friend.
There were a few wrong turns when trying to find Tobias' room, but Rock eventually made it, knocking on the door.
