It wasn't a problem flying from Asuka to Neon City, since it took her no time at all, however she didn't want to end her flying journey there. Nope.
She was outside of Tobias' window and knocked on it, just floating there.
"Hey, Tobias! Open up!" she called out, knocking on it again.
