This... was going to be interesting, if what Haku was going through with Greg and the others was any indication. And some of the things Ritsu had heard on the D-Comm already... screams of terror from pasts no child should ever have to go through.

But some of them did. And to his surprise it made his heart ache in sympathy, especially knowing that his closest friends was in the same space.

But he took a deep breath and knocked on the door, trying to not look like he was mentally freaking out. What the hell was he supposed to do, anyway? Sara wouldn't even remember who he is...

Hearing the knock, Gaomon jumped up and ran for the door, unlocking it and opening the door to see Ritsu. Hearing a sound, he turned back to look at the closet, catching it closing again, as if Sara had been looking out of it. Turning back, Gaomon looked up at the UTAU.

"Thanks for coming...I don't really know what to do, she thinks I'm creepy." He moved out of the way and pointed to the closet. "In there."

"I can't imagine she'll think much better of a guy in a dress at this age..." Ritsu muttered under his breath, hopefully not loud enough for Sara to hear in the closet.

It wasn't going to stop him from trying, though.

Moving in to the apartment, Ritsu went up to the closet and knocked gently.

"Sara-chan... you can come out. No one here is going to hurt you."

"You never know." He said, remembering something Sara had said about where she grew up, and who she had known. He just couldn't remember if this was before, or after she was taken from her home. "She might like you."

After closing the door, Gaomon went and hid where Sara wouldn't be able to see him from the closet, but close enough that he could hear what they were saying. He didn't want her to freak out again.

"Who're you?" Sara asked through the door, hearing the strange voice. It probably belonged to the person who had been at the door, but she was smart enough to just not open the door to someone she didn't know.

Ristu shifted so he could kneel on the floor in front of the closet door, doing a good job of looking as non threatening as possible. It wasn't hard to do considering how small and demure he was.

"My name is Ritsu Namine. I know you don't remember me right now, but we do know each other. We're friends."

Sara opened the door, and quickly looked around before sticking her head out so she could look at him. He didn't look threatening, and that creepy dog seemed to have left.

"What was that thing who was here earlier?" She asked. "And, how do I know you're not lying to me. Prove that you know who I am."

Ritsu shifted a bit, pulling out his D-Comm from his pocket, bringing up a picture that had been taken the day they got their kimonos from Misako's shop. He held it out for her to take it.

"That's you and I together, just a few weeks ago. And that... 'thing' is Gaomon. He's a Digimon, and harmless, so don't worry about him right now."

Sara took the D-Comm from him, examining the picture that was on the screen. She could tell, somehow, that the woman was her...She grew up to look a lot like her mother, actually. She handed it back to him, crossing her arms over her stomach.

"I hope I didn't offend him. Those claws are scary looking." She slid out from behind the door, sitting against the wall, still looking around like something was going to come out of the shadows. "But, what is a Digimon?"

"No, he's not offended. Just worried about you," Ritsu explained, taking the comm back and closing it, resting his hands on his knees again, "Digimon are the natives of this world, and everyone has a Digimon partner when they arrive. Gaomon is yours."

"So, you have one too? Are they like Gaomon?" The name felt weird on her tongue, she hadn't been saying it long. After she asked, she got up and walked down the hallway, gripping at the clothes that had become too big overnight.

"Do you know where sh...I keep my clothes? Although I doubt it's going to help..."

Ritsu stood and followed, pointing to the bedroom.

"There, but the clothes you have right now might all be too big..."

Sara went into the bedroom and started rifling through the dresser, trying to find something that would fit. She came up with nothing. Sighing, she sat down on the edge of the bed, trying to figure out what to do next.

"You've been here a while, right? You have to know of some places to get something!" She looked at Ritsu, hoping he had an answer.

Ritsu smiled faintly, but it was an odd sort of expression. He would love to go shopping with Sara again, if it wasn't for that damned house arrest.

"Of course I do," he admitted, "But... I can't leave the inn."

"Huh?" She asked. "Why can't you leave?" She looked over at him, slightly confused.

A faint sigh escaped the UTAU, and he tugged on a strand of red hair worriedly. He didn't want to scare Sara, but it would only hurt their friendship if he started lying to her now.

"There's a very dangerous person looking for me."

"Oh. Well...I don't want to get you into trouble, so we'll have to think of something else." She tapped her fingers on her knee, trying to figure out a solution.

"What about your clothes? Think I could fit into any of them?" They weren't her style, exactly, but it was better than the clothes she was wearing just falling off.
