Duo poked his head out from the kitchen, a smudge of dough on his cheek and flour on his apron. Lately he'd been learning how to make pastries and whatnot for the shop just to keep the general boredom at bay, but he was far from an expert, and he often came out horribly messy.

He saw the customers entering, noticing that the small girl in the kimono was looking around nervously, but it was what Dani said that caught his attention.

"You okay, babe?"

Watanuki waved at Yuuko as they came in the door. He noticed something strange, the feeling that there was something not human nearby. Glancing at Zashi he decided it wasn't her. This was a different feeling.

"Yeah. Just my Ghost Sense. Yuuko might have brought in someone's whose a spirit or something," Dani said. At least that had SOUNDED like Yuuko and the timing was the same. She walked towards the door to the eating area. "I'm gonna say hi and get their orders," she called back.

"A waiter will be with you shortly," Plotmon X said and headed for the front again.

"Ooo, it's the girl who smells like the other Yuuko's magic!" Mokona said as Dani entered the dining area.

Yuuko looked over and then a smirk spread across her face. "Ah, I almost forgot she works here," she said and looked over at Watanuki. She might have looked a bit...devious at the moment.

Zashiki quietly took a seat in between Yuuko and Doumeki, looking worried and nervous. She'd never been in a place like that before, and didn't even know how to act, let alone what to do around the other people.

Doumeki passed her a glance, and though he didn't exactly smile, it was reassuring none the less, and she offered him a wary smile in return.

Duo blinked a bit, not seeming to think anyone there looked as though they could be a spirit, let alone any kind of threat. He shrugged a bit.

"Can you get then? I'm kinda elbow deep in dough here."

"Uh...Yuuko-san, why are we celebrating here...normally you make me make all the refreshments." Watanuki said after a few moments.

"It's good to go out, Watanuki. Besides, it's an experience for Zashiki-chan!" Yuuko said, wrapping her arms around the girl. "You've never been to a teashop before have you~?"

"Yeah, I got them. Just keep going with your pastries," Dani said and let the door shut as she walked over."Yuuko! Long time no see."

"It's good to see you, Dani-chan. It's been too long," Yuuko said, grinning widely.

"You should come by more often. I bet I could even get you some of the good stuff," she said.

"The really good stuff?" Mokona asked.

"Of course," Dani said and looked at the others. "And who are your friends?" She asked, not realizing she stopped beside Watanuki and now had an arm wrapped around his shoulders. It probably didn't ease any confusion this action might cause in the fact she was in human morph and wasn't very obviously not human at the moment.

Zashiki was staring, slightly red faced. Not because Yuuko was being quiet affectionate with her, but because the server girl was being so affectionate with Watanuki.

Doumeki, on the other hand, didn't look very amused.

"A-ah... W-Watanuki-kun... i-is this a friend of yours?"

"Uh...no I don't think we've met..." Watanuki said trying to move out of the girl's embrace. She was giving off a green energy that wasn't exactly pleasant to him. "I think I'd remember a ghost...or spirit...or what ever you are."

"Hm? Nah, I don't think I know this guy," Dani said, the other arm wrapping around him. She...really didn't seem to be aware of what she was doing. "But you picked up on that quickly, even when I'm in human form? You're good. Not even ghost sense can pick up a halfa when they're human. Does that mean you're the spirit?" Dani asked and paused. "Though...you seem familiar somehow..."

Yuuko chuckled. "I believe it would be where you met the other me," Yuuko said, looking far too amused. "And no, Watanuki isn't the spirit."

"Hmmm, Watanuki does sound familiar....but if he's not the spirit, who is?" Dani asked, resting her chin on the top of Watanuki's head. "And...hm, Duo must be making something good...something smells really, really good," she said, a blissful smile spreading across her face.

"A-ah..." Zashiki made a noise, raising her hand sheepishly, but really she was more worried about the vibe that was coming off of Doumeki. He was staring at Dani, looking rather displeased that some one was hanging all over Watanuki like that.

"Familiar or not, you're being rather affectionate to some one you don't know," he finally said, a slightly nasty edge to his voice. He wasn't saying 'get off my boyfriend' but he might as well have said it.

"I don't smell anything but you..." Watanuki admitted, looking over at Doumeki and giving him an apologetic smile.

Quatre walked in and looked at the group that had gathered in one corner of the shop. He noticed that Dani was hanging on one of the customers, but didn't go over to them. Instead he slipped into the kitchen, "Duo?"

"Hm, maybe you have a poor sense of smell," Dani murmured. She blinked. "Wait, what about affectionate?"

Yuuko chuckled. "I wonder if she never met that one in person? She might now know how a half ghost reacts."

"Hm? What are you guys talking about?" Dani asked.

"Hey Q-Bean!" Duo chirped, waving with a flour-covered hand and a smile. He turned to wash his hands, but passed by the door and caught a glimpse of what was going on outside.

"... Dani?!" he barked, storming out around the counter with no mind to just how messy he was. He was more irritated about what his girlfriend was doing to some skinny kid with glasses. "What the hell is this?!"

Quatre rushed after him, "Duo!? It's probably not what you think..." He glanced at Watanuki, who looked uncomfortable to say the least. Shifting through Watanuki and Dani emotions he found evidence to back that up. However Dani's behaviour was definitely not normal.

Watanuki jumped, got to his feet and turned around to look at Duo. The boy was not happy, that much was pretty obvious. "I-I she just started hanging on me..."

Dani yelped as Watanuki stood up and looked over at Duo. Of course, she latched onto his arm right away and only with Watanuki's comment did she actually look at what she's doing. "...huh? Why am I hanging on to you?" She certainly looked and sounded confused.

"That's what I'd like to know!" Duo practically barked, glaring at Watanuki as if he were to blame for it. Doumeki, however, had his eyes narrowed at Dani, knowing just from his reaction (even if he wasn't exactly DOING anything about it) that Watanuki clearly wasn't to blame. That didn't make it okay for some stranger to just start pawing all over him, though.

"That's what I'd like to know, too," he stated flatly.

"I-I-I don't think she realizes what she was doing..." Zashiki finally spoke up, her voice tiny and meek. "Y-Yuuko-san said she's half ghost...? Spirits... are attracted to Watanuki-kun..."

"A little too much if you ask me," Duo grunted, still not pleased and not very convinced.
