What: Reckless flying

Where: Tetha
It was another peaceful day in Tetha, with the police crackdown it seemed more criminals were apt to spend their time plundering Neon.
But not this one. No Roxy Rocket liked the danger and challenge Tetha provided.
She had been in the Digital world for a few days and after being given the lowdown by her uptight partner she settled on a coarse of action. She needed an employer. Someone who understood the value of a flashy and fearless girl like herself.
And to do that, she needed a great video to show off her finer qualities.
Revving up the engine on her newest rocket she gave Hawkmon a salute who simply rolled his eyes and took flight with the camera. He'd be following her from the air while other camera's they'd placed around town caught extra footage.
Without a word Roxy took off.
Cars swerved and screamed out of the way, digimon and Tamers dove and barely avoided becoming Roxy's new hood ornament.
She threw her head back in a laugh and spun the rocket upside down so her face was inches from the pavement. At this speed if she fell it would be like pressing her flight goggles to a belt sander. This elected a squeal of pleasure as the rush of adrenaline sent shivers down her spine.
Swinging around again so she was upright she snatched a hotdog from the mouth of a clueless Tamer and sped off crashing through some patio dining tables and chairs while she munched on her ill gotten dog.
A little mindless destruction was sure to get someone's attention so she supplemented it by drawing her gun and firing a rocket at a nearby power pole. It exploded in sparks and fire and wood spliinters raining down on anyone unfortunate enough to be nearby. The entire block was now without power.
And Roxy was just smiling from the rush. It wasn't anything special yet....
