Neo wasn't quite sure what to make of Takagi Jiro. He had read the file on him that Fate had given him, yes, and he saw parallels to his own life in the other young man. That was more than enough for him to know he needed to be concerned.
Nevertheless, he had his orders, and he wasn't about to be apathetic or hypocritical. Their search for Jiro's partner had led them to a casino.
