Where: Neon City
Neon City, a massive metropolis within the Digital World. This city was thriving, with a large population. Yet, it was a great example of the corruption of this world. Junk City, the other half to Neon City, was a cesspool of corruption and did nothing to hide it. Dr. Finitevus stood in the entrance of an alleyway, peering out from the shadows into a main though-fair of Neon City. He did his best to hide himself within shadow, not wishing to be seen. From his communication with Dr. Eggman, there were others from his world here, but unlike the doctor, he would not get a welcome of conversation.
BlackV-mon stood behind the albino echinda, keeping an eye down the alleyway. The doctor had assigned him the position of guard, and he would do his best to keep the doctor protected.
"It seems none of my acquaintances are within sight. It should be safe to move," the doctor whispered to BlackV-mon. The digimon gave a small grunt in reply, not wanted to make much noise.
Dr. Finitevus stepped out from the alleyway, BlackV-mon staying close to him. It was time to survey this city and see if he could find any sort of useful pawns for his future plans. He needed more information about this world and how it operated first. He needed to find beings who had been here longer than himself, or Digimon that would give him the information he sought.
