What: The third Batgirl arrives.

Where: Neon City rooftops
A shadow flit from rooftop to rooftop silently before disappearing into the shadows.
A large billboard stood on this rooftop advertising the after Christmas clearance sale at in the department store below, and also provided perfect shadows to lurk in.
Her cape draped around her and pooled around her feet like liquid, shimmering in the night and standing out against the bright snow until she skulked away from it, she had even gone as far as to hide the footprints she'd made.
It had been a hard month for Yu Mendetta...she was ready to have a little fun and testing out the newgirl seemed as fun as any.
Charlie slid out from his usual hiding place in her cape and scurried up the post of the Billboard to hide near the top ready to spring out if need be.
She was an hour early, now all she had to do was wait.
