Dart was half asleep in the corner of the room in one of the most uncomfortable chairs he'd ever found. Hardy moving caught his attention and he blinked his eyes open and yawned. Standing up and pulling the chair closer to the bed he yawned again and realized he wasn't sure when he'd fallen asleep.

He took Hardy's hand and smiled, "You awake...?"

"Mm..." Daisuke mumbled. His throat was painfully dry, and even that little sound caused him discomfort.

He forced himself to roll over despite how much ache it caused him to do so, tired eyes blinking at Dart.

"I don't... remember anything..."

"Alright...um...the docs will want to know what you do remember. But we can worry about that later."

He took a glass of water from the table next to the bed and placed it in Hardy's hand. "Here, drink this, it'll help."

Sitting up a little, Daisuke held on to the glass with both hands, drinking about half of it before he started coughing. Shakily he put the glass back on the table, lying back down on his side.

"What did happen? I just... remember coming out and talking to Ana... and then it was like I was being pulled in ten different directions at once..."
