Who: Duo, Maddie, partners.
What: Maddie wants to talk to Duo about Dani.
When: September 19th
Where: Tetha, Jinx's Teashop.
Maddie had heard about what happened. Dani gave her a condensed version while getting all of the blood off of her person and her clothes. Maddie had asked why she didn't do the intangible thing, even, and Dani just shuddered. Then she said she needed to go on a trip and left.
Maddie had thought about following her, but she had left her D-comm locator on. Which meant she wasn't hiding, but just needed her alone time. Or at least she hoped that was what it meant.
She went to talk to Duo, to see if he was all right and to talk about their rather...abrupt end in conversation before the attack. She hadn't wanted to drive him away, but after everything and with only Dani there...
Maybe she went a bit overboard. After some thinking, she went to the first logical location for him. His job. And when she walked inside, she spotted him across the shop. Well, at least it didn't have to become some sort of hunt to track him down.
