With everything that had been going on, Yan Lin realized that, when Hay Lin wanted to talk, it had to be for something important. She had a few ideas as to what it might be about, but she decided to hold off on those thoughts for now.
Reaching the roof of the Silver Dragon, she shut the door and let a small smirk form across her face. "I see why you like to have your talks up here. A nice view up here. That and peaceful..." She took a glance over at the small room on the roof - the so-called Fight Club room. Why it was built, she would NEVER know.
Yan Lin let out a chuckle at what Hay Lin said. "Yes, well... let's hope we don't have to do that again! I enjoy your presence greatly, but certainly not like that."
Clearning her throat, she continued. "Now, then, what did you want to talk about?"
Hay Lin laughed sheepishly before nodding, taking a quick breath and closing her eyes for a moment.
"I realized something on my birthday, and it was something you'd discussed with me once already; a couple of my friends even discussed it with me but I either wasn't trying to listen or was stubborn enough to think I could handle it alone...!
"You were right when it came to me having to make a decision Grandma, and I have...!"

"Yeah, but honestly? It's 'cause up here...I feel like I'm truly one with the air~! The last time I got that feeling was our last battle with Cedric."
