Len could flail, kick and scream all he wanted, Haku was not putting him down. Or at least not until they were a good distance away, which is when she did finally let him back on his feet.

"Len, you are not a school boy. You don't even go to school. This is the Digital World, we've been here for months, and I'm your sister. So is Miku, so is Rin, Gaku is your brother and Greg is our big brother who takes care of us! This isn't a prank!"

She paused, then asked in a cracking, desperate voice.

"Please... don't stand there and tell me that your memory is really gone again..."

Len shot a glare at Haku. This prank was going far enough. Jeeze, what did Rin bribe them with?!

But...then again...this WAS Haku-chan.

He smiled. A very charming, very polite smile. "Oh, Haku-chan, don't be like that," he almost purred, reaching up to gentle stroke her cheek. Huh, was she always this tall? Well, he hadn't put the moves on her this close before. "I know Rin seems scary, but you don't have to go along with it."

He stepped closer, to get into her personal space, but not so close their size difference would supposedly weaken his charming wit. "Especially when we could have so much fun~," he whispered in a seductive tone, gently brushing his thumb over her lips.

"S-stop that!" Haku yelped, obviously flustered as she flailed and stumbled back a step, slapping his hand away. She decided that for the moment maybe she needed to keep a few feet distance if he was going to act like that.

"Doesn't it strike you as a little odd that she'd go this in depth with a simple prank on you and get everyone else to play along for so long?" she asked, hoping against all hope to appeal to some logic that just had to be in there.

Len shrugged. "She was quite mad with me. And Rin has become quite cruel as of late, so I would not doubt her of any depths for her tricks," he said. She was with Kaito, she was happy with Kaito in front of him and never noticed the pain that caused him. She didn't doubt her of any possible cruelty, to become so distant from him to not notice ( ... )

Haku could barely stand it, and the more he talked, the more her anger boiled up inside her. She was already tired of these stupid games that the twins' minds kept playing for no reason, and she was damn tired of watching as her siblings became different people that didn't even know her, the real her.

And when he took her hand and kissed her fingers...

The slap that sounded was quite loud, and she'd unintentionally hit Len with the entire strength of her arm, tears burning in her eyes as she stood over him, other fist clenched and trembling at her side.

"Give me my brother back! Give me my brother back NOW!" she shrieked, and lifted her hand to strike again, only to have a hand on her wrist stop her.

Greg had watched them leave, unusually quiet even as he stood with his other siblings and Miku fussed with Rin's hair. He diverted his attention for just a second, but soon Haku was crying out for him to stop whatever he was doing, and Greg just had to look back. He was worried enough about Len, but Haku was horribly flustered by the whole thing, and she had a tenancy to get irrational like that.

His instinct was right on, though, and he had to wince when Haku's hand connected with Len's face harshly. He didn't wait for her to hit again, darting over to where they'd gone and snagging Haku's wrist while it was in the air. His expression was surprisingly stern, not a look he often took around his siblings.

"Hitting him isn't going to solve this, Haku."

Slaps he was used too. Slaps were fine. Usually. Not this slap. This was an all overpowering slap that sent him down to the ground. He pushed himself up, looking at Haku in pure amazement.

Who knew the girl had THAT much strength in her?!

Len rubbed his cheek and pushed himself to his feet. "Fine, fine, you're going for the Emmy, but I'm not sticking around for this show," he said, annoyed. He'd had his clothes stolen, forced in a stupid outfit, lead to some weird group, and been slapped by a girl who should probably take up boxing all for this stupid prank!

Mental note, Teto wasn't worth it.

Haku angrily yanked her arm away from Greg, but the tears were already escaping and she was somewhere between fading anger and all out sadness. She just wanted her brother back...

She chased after Len, grabbing on to his arm and tugging back in a hope to get him to stop and see her tears as she sobbed.

"P-please! Believe me, Len! Look at me! This isn't a prank!"

Oh for crying out...

Len shot her a glare and yanked his arm away. Really? Tears? Like that was going to work!

"Just shut up!" He snapped. "If you want to play this stupid game, go ahead. Tell Rin I'm finding my own way home because I'm done with dealing with this...childishness!"

"B-but-! Len, no! PLEASE!" Haku cried out, nearly falling to her knees as Len yanked away and began to leave. Greg caught her, though.

"What did it take last time?"

"W... what?"

"To get him back to normal. What did it take?"

"Th-they sang..." Haku stuttered out, sniffling harshly as she straightened and rubbed her arm across her eyes.

"Come on then. We're fixing this," Greg said, giving a determined nod and a near-devious smile to Haku, "You grab one arm, I grab the other?"

Haku stared in confusion for a second, but a beat, and the smile spread across her features as well. A single nod from her, and they were both on Len, one on each arm as they dragged him back to the bar.

And there they were, dragging him back again. He struggled, trying to get away. "God damn it! What the hell is wrong with you two?! Did the dirty old man and the drama queen decide I should be held against my will on top of EVERYTHING ELSE?!" He shouted. He was just pissed now. Did Rin get PSYCHOS involved in her little prank too?!

Thankfully with the strength between the two of them and Len's rather... diminutive size, he really wasn't going anywhere until they got him in to the bar.

And for the moment Greg was willing to forgive the 'dirty old man' comment. For the moment...

"This is for your own good, kiddo!" Greg called out over his yelling and protesting.

"Let me go NOW! I'll perfectly willing to call the cops on both of you! I don't even know who you are, old man!" Len shouted, still fighting and struggling to get away.

Now that actually got a grin out of Greg as they yanked Len back in to the main part of the bar. Haku let go and stumbled to a stop, but Greg kept dragging, turning that rather wicked smile on to Len.

"Guess what, you do know me. And I am a cop. So deal with it, kid," he said, forcibly tossing Len up on to the karaoke stage, standing it front of it with his arms crossed over his chest as Haku rejoined him.

A cop?! Where the hell did he kno-oh, that's right.

"For crying out loud, that girl was not a prostitute! Her boyfriend was just angry she cheated on him and lied about it to get us both in trouble," Len snapped. And then he was tossed on stage.

He glared. "You think being on stage is gonna keep me from fighting a crooked cop?"

Greg had to lift an eyebrow at that and give a bit of a snort.

"If I'm crooked then you're the damn King of France," he shot back with a little bit of snark added in for good measure.

"Y-you can't ignore it, Len..." Haku said hopefully, holding her hands together as if she were praying to him, "You'll feel it. That urge to sing. I know you will. A-and if you do everything will go back to normal..."
