What: The Bat Meets The Owl...!
When: April 1st 2009, Early Evening
Where: Neon City
This wasn't my original plan, but I've always been one to have a few backups if needed. And from what my teammate told me, I'm going to need all the help I can get. And not from anyone who considers themselves heroes.
Owlman stopped his monologue long enough to meld into the shadows, still wearing Batman's costume that he'd once adorned in his counterpart's world. He'd originally planned on returning to said world with the Phase Oscillator-the Red Hood had prevented him from doing as such, and the Phase Oscillator had instead sent him to this new, unexplored world.
"So, what's the problem? Why aren't we getting to the nearest lightpost?" Hawkmon demanded, his voice just as dark as his Tamer's.
"Let's just say we're keeping an eye out for...anyone who wants to be a hero for a couple of boiled eggs." Owlman replied, a light smirk on his face.
