Who: Hana Asakura, Spirit/Partner, OPEN
What: Takes place after this log.
When: March 23rd Mid-afternoon
Where: Tetha Park

Hana had experienced a lot of pain before. Far too much physical pain than one should ever expect from a child of his age. But this mental pain was not something he was prepared for. It wasn’t the first time Hana had had his mind read, his Uncle had done it a numerous amount of times, and would most likely do it again. But there was no pain in his method, no register that someone was even in your head. And so, Hana didn’t understand what was happening to him, all he knew was that he was in searing pain.

The pain of hitting the hard ground didn’t even register against the blinding pain in his head. Nor did the scratches and slices all over his body. He pushed himself to his hands and knees, his face clenched and twisted in pain, taking slow deep breaths and hissing them back out. Once the pain had subsided slightly, he forced himself to stand. The grimace of pain of his face remained at he made his way over to his partner. He was vaguely aware of his guardian spirit, Matamune, following his every step, watching over him. Labramon’s breathing was heavy and ragged. Hana ran his fingers soothingly through his partners white fur.

He understood that the others had left, but he refused to go without his partner. But he didn’t really want to move him. What if he’d broken something? Hana pulled out his D-Comm. Mother would worry if he didn’t come home soon. He spoke into it, fighting to keep his voice steady. The attack on his brain was awful, even now with the pain numbing down, everything seemed blurry. “Mother, I think I’m gonna be a bit late for lunch. Sorry. I’ll get home as soon as possible, I promise.” Hana sighed. “Why does this stuff always happen to me?” He didn’t realize he hadn’t turned the comm off.
