Hoshi's usual calm eyes hardened into a glare as she watched Beastboy transform into a cheetah. She made a quick mental note of that before slipping into a fighting stance. She made sure to study his combination so that she could gauge his strength and speed.

The bull transformation worried her just a little bit, however at the last second, she dropped to the ground in a handstand motion, then sprung off of her arms and continued to back flip out of the bull's path to where she got out of the same position and clenched her fists as she saw him still charging.

Grinning a little bit, she ran to meet Beastboy and at the last second, delivered a punch straight for his stomach.

His eyes bulged and he changed back as he was sent crashing and rolling along the grass at the group who parted almost casually to let him bounce by. This didn't stop Beastboy however as he sprung into the air as a bird circling overhead.

Tailmon used this moment to dash forward on all fours and fling herself at Hoshi's left leg lashing out with her glove clad paw quick as lightning, "Neko Punch!" She called out.

Using Tailmon as a distraction Beastboy dove for Hoshi changing into a flying squirrel aiming to shoot down the back of her shirt.

Hoshi had to admit that Beastboy's and Tailmon's combo was good, however she wanted to gauge his strength a little more.

Tailmon's punch definitely did some damage as Hoshi bit her lip to keep her cries of pain in. With her now hurt leg, Hoshi didn't go for Tailmon, however, she jumped fairly high into the air to land onto the boulder.

When she did, she nearly slipped off due to how unbalanced she was at the moment.

Beastboy seized the moment leaping from the ground and changing again into a gorilla. Digging his massive fingers deep into the earth he hauled the boulder up showering the area on the oppposite side with earth and soil. This feat of strength was accompanied by burst of purple digisoul from the masssive green beast increasing the already formidable strength of the powerful mammal.

Attempting to use this to keep Hoshi off Balance Tailmon sprung from the ground and onto his shoulders, springing off of them to take another swing at her with her lightning paw attack.

If Beastboy was going to use the DigiSoul, then she would have to make the playing field even. That is, if she could reach her belongings that she had. She had to make a few quick moves in her head.

While he lifted the boulder up in the air, Hoshi jumped up into the air again and she pushed off the tree she had jumped to while she gathered into a ball and crashed over to her skateboard and bag.

She shook her head and grabbed her skateboard that was already detached from her bag and Reiko emerged from the forest.

"REIKO! INTEGRATE WITH THE SKATEBOARD!" She shouted and the spirit quickly fused into her skateboard. She slammed the medium onto the ground and sped up to Beastboy.

She let a smirk come to her face and her hand was surrounded in a bright, yellow light.

"BLINDING LIGHTSHOW!" She sent the huge yellow beam directly into Beastboy's and Tailmon's eyes.

Beastboy let out a yelp and spots danced in his vision. Tailmon had closed her eyes as she heard the call expecting Hoshi to use a light themed attack sooner or later. Opening them again things were still a little hazy as the brightness had burned through her eyelids. She siezed her Tamer by his shirt and yanked him out of Hoshi's path. "Snake now!" She ordered and spun flinging him at Hoshi.

His body grew and stretched in the blink of an eye, his mouth open to scent his prey while blinded Beastboy prepared to grapple with the Shaman if he connected.

Snakes.

Well, they were good for a few things, however she didn't let her mind get sidetracked that easily. She kicked her skateboard up to the air to where she hovered up above Beastboy.

Her eyes narrowed as she took her skateboard out from under her, still hovering into the air. She connected her skateboard to her arm before she charged her furyoku right into it.

When she was confident with her furyoku level, she descended down rapidly and her arm had erupted into a bright light as the angel wing was clearly visible.

She clenched her fist and spun in descent.

"Luminous Punch!" She shouted and hoped the punch connected to Beastboy's head.

Stars danced in his already hazed and white vision and he felt the grass and dirt slam into his chin as a fist brought him to the ground.

Tailmon winced and called out an apology as he changed back laying on his belly. His eyes gave off the appearance of spirals as he tried to regroup but his ears were ringing and his head throbbed painfully. If this had been an actual fight and not a spar he'd force himself to keep going but he was more then happy to let this one go.

He produced a little white flag on a stick from seemingly nowhere and waved it in defeat not bothering to pick himself up. Tailmon took him by the foot and dragged him back to the others. Tiffany was applauding enthusiastically with PicoDevimon and Phascomon. Noir had a look of satisfaction while Yu remained silent and still.

Hoshi came down to the ground after her punch and she skidded on her knees. After that, she began to pant rather heavily. Beastboy did give her a good exercise and she was surprised in his strength. That only meant that he could hold his own against Shichiyou.

After a while, Hoshi came out of her position and stood as best as she could on her good leg while her other leg was elevated in the air to keep the blood flowing to it.

"...haaah... haaaah... That... was good!" Hoshi gave off a thumbs up before the same thumbs up made her topple over.

Beastboy groaned but was recovering enough to smile, "I had fun." He mumbled into the grass.

Tailmon flopped down flexing her forepaws "We haven't brawled like that in awhile, I was getting used to Sladebots." She remarked and Beastboy laughed,

"Jinx could still kick our butts and tall dark and creepy put her through the ringer so we'll have to be even better."

There was a half beat of silence fallowing the mention of the girl who they were fighting to avenge. She had done a fair bit of damage on her own and in reality if she fought Beastboy at her best she'd probably win, but he never did give himself enough credit.

"You gonna need a minute?" Noir asked from his spot on the ground as Tailmon changed back into plotmon.
