What: "I'm not a vengeful man..."

For all intents and purposes, Wily didn't see himself as a vengeful man. However, reality might have other ideas about him.
After Rock had come to him sometime earlier about certain... things Crash Man had said to him, Wily felt that he make a show of enforcing discipline. So, while Crash was recharging, Wily had taken the opportunity to... do just that.
Once he was finished, he reactivated the robot master.
"Wakey wakey, Crash Man..." he said, cackling a bit.
