When: ten or twenty minutes after the Chika&Yoshino log.

Touma raced towards the lightpost atop Gaogamon, the Digimon having evolved just in case someone needed to be transported. As he neared them, he saw this was probably a good idea. "CHIKA-CHAN! YOSHINO-SAN!"

Chika's head snapped up, relief washing over her as she saw Touma and Gaogamon headed toward them.

"TOUMA-NIICHAN!" She called, both hands clinging to one of Yoshino's.

"HURRY!"

Gaogamon skidded to a stop, and Touma jumped off him, clearing a surprising amount of distance and landing close-by Chika, Piyomon, and Yoshino. "Chika-chan! What happened to her?!"

"Falcomon!" Ikuto wished more then anything that his friend could evolve at that moment; but it had taken so much just to get to his Child level, Ikuto wasn't going to push him any further.

He could see Chika and Touma in the distance. He was relieved to find Chika was alright, but he was still worried about Yoshino.

He dashed over, Falcomon flying close behind.

"Chika!"

Chika looked to Touma, opened her mouth to reply ... but no sound came out. She was still pretty shaken from the entire ordeal, despite how she had somehow managed to get them all here with the help of Lalamon and Aquilamon ... but Yoshino was hurt.

She heard Ikuto's voice and felt relieved once more. She looked over, just for a moment, before turning back to Touma.

"There's no time, she needs help!" Chika was scared. Really scared. She knew what had happened, but she didn't know what was going to happen with Yoshino if they didn't get her treated soon ... she would explain to Touma later.

Touma frowned. He didn't want to be harsh to the younger girl, but the situation already looked dire. He couldn't waste any time. "Chika-chan, I need to know what happened to her before I can even try treating her," he said, kneeling down next to the both of them, looking over Yoshino particularly. "I need to know WHERE she was hurt, HOW she was hurt."

Chika nodded. He had a point. She was so shaken that she wasn't thinking right.

"Poison stinger ... her back. We were running from DoKunemon, we ran into them by accident! One of them got her!" Chika looked about ready to cry again.

As Ikuto looked at his fellow DATS members, he knew he could do nothing for Yoshino. But Chika, she looked devastated.. he knew where he was needed.

Wrapping his arms around her, he rested his head on hers and rubbed her back. He held her tightly, to show her he wouldn't leave her, kissing her forehead. Falcomon stood next to Touma, looking at Yoshino with worry.

"Oi--!!"

Heads whirled around as they saw Yushima rushing down the path, with Kamemon hot on his heels in a rather clumsy-looking run. He had heard about what happened to Yoshino, and had gathered several things in his rush to head out to the jungle, but it was almost fortunate that Satsuma had stopped him; he knew there would be plenty others that would get Yoshino back. As much as he knew he would be more of a hinder than assistance, that didn't stop him from at least trying.

"Tohma-kun," Yushima said in between gasps for breath, suddenly stopping in front of the group. "I.. I heard about what happened. Satsuma.. Satsuma-kun's looking for a hospital. He's going to contact you when he finds one."

Touma frowned, and nodded. "Thank you, sir." He glanced to Chika, and smiled a bit, patting her on the head. "You did a good job, Chika-chan. You and Piyomon both." He looked back to the DATS head commander. "Yushima-san, can you give me a hand getting her onto Gaogamon's back? Knowing Satsuma-san, I doubt he'll waste time, so we need to get her moving as soon as we can." He looked back to Yoshino. "I think it should be okay to move her... not that we have much choice."

"Not a problem. Here, I'll need you to take her arms while I get the legs." He then turned to Kamemon, who seemed like he was awaiting any further orders. "Kamemon, you hold her back and help support her while we get her up there!"

Kamemon nodded, putting one arm on the small of Yoshino's back, and another towards the top of her thighs.

Chika felt Ikuto's arms around her and her first instinct was to pull herself as close to him as she possibly could.

And she did.

She rested her head on his shoulder, keeping her eyes open as she watched everyone try and help Yoshino. She was glad they were doing something ...

She found her eyes wandering over to Lalamon, who she knew must have been more worried than any of them. She broke away gently from Ikuto, reaching over and bringing Lalamon close to her, as if giving her a hug (which was what she was trying to do, really).

"Lala-chan ..." she muttered, softly, "She'll be okay ..."

Touma, with Kamemon and Yushima's help, got Yoshino onto Gaogamon's back. Before getting up there to help hold her steady for the ride to come, he went back over to Chika, kneeling down. "Chika-chan, let me see Lalamon. I'll take her with us. I'm going to have to treat Yoshino-san myself, but if we can find a Digimon doctor, they can check on Lalamon."

"I'm fine..." Lalamon said, weakly. "I... just got caught up in one of my own attacks... took a lot out of me..."

She struggled a bit, trying to look up at Touma. "DoKunemon... it got her with one of its stingers... They're common pests..."

Chika rubbed gently at Lalamon's head, frowning and trying to make her feel a little better ... though honestly, she herself felt quite terrible. She nodded in response to what Lalamon said, though she had explained nearly the same thing to Touma just a few moments ago.

There was more to the story ... but right now, Touma only needed to know what had happened. Not how.

Touma nodded. Lalamon didn't seem TOO badly off...

"Alright. We'll head to the hospital. Chika-chan, Ikuto, when you feel up to it, bring Lalamon." Touma rose up, walking over to Gaogamon. Before climbing onto his back, he looked over at his superior. "Yushima-san, can you ride with me? I want to make sure we keep Yoshino-san secure on the way there."
