Vent? Looked rather nervous.

"Well," he started to say, "Um. Well... maybe he'll look like one of us..."

Dracomon? Was sniffing curiously at a nearby Labramon's tail.

"... They can do that?" Ashe asked, and the realized how... Stupid it sounded so she focused on looking for someone male who would look like herself or Vent.

Terriermon sighed as he watched Dracomon.

"...They can do what, now?"

However before he could get an answer... the Labramon cried out as Dracomon snapped down on its tail. Vent sighed and scrambled to get his partner's jaws off of the other digimon.

Ashe turned and snickered at Vent and Dracomon, very glad for the distraction, as she went to help Vent with his digimon.

"Nothing, nothing."

As they struggled with Dracomon, Royce and Phaeton materialized out of the lightpost with their partners. Royce's eyes widened when he saw what appeared to be younger versions of his parents.

"Those... those are your mother and father, Royce?" V-mon asked.

Royce just balked.

"Dad... had a lot more hair when he was younger..."

Phaeton was clinging to Royce, but unlike her friend when she noticed Vent and Ashe her reaction was much different.

"That's..." and then much louder. "Uncle Vent? Auntie Ashe?" Phaeton was also being good and not... running to try and hug the two Mega Men.

Vent suddenly paused... and then fell back on his butt when suddenly Dracomon's fangs released Labramon's tail and sent them both flying backwards.

"Gah...!" the blue Megaman exclaimed as he looked at the two new arrivals. "That is... um... R-Royce...? Phaeton...?"

Ashe cursed as she fell over from Dracomon finally letting go and how she landed allowed her to see the two kids as well.

"Holy shit," she muttered, staring at Royce. While Phaeton nodded in response to Vent's question.

Royce approached, quietly, keeping his head low.

"Mother," he said. "That is. Um. Ashe. Vent. It's... it's good to see you both... I'm Royce..."

V-mon waved, a genial expression on his face. "And I, my lady, am V-mon."

"Phaeton, and Piyomon's over..." she muttered and she turned her head slightly to indicate where Piyomon is, the pink bird digimon giving a tiny wave, as she was still clinging to Royce so... She shuffled forward with the young man.

Vent continued to stare, before...

... smiling wide and walking forward, embracing them both in a large hug.

"It's good to meet both of you...!" he exclaimed. "I just... wow, this is kind of overwhelming!"

Ashe stood back, a little surprised at how well Vent... Appears to be reacting to the two kids.

"Heh," she gave a wave, grinning. "Nice to meet you two."

Royce was just... standing there, eyes wide. He wasn't expecting this sort of reaction at all.

"Moth... father... I..." he stammered. "I... I'm glad to see you..."

Phaeton let out a tiny squeak and, swapped who she was clinging to. Now clinging to Vent and maybe fiddling with his hair now.

"Now Royce can be happy, he has his parents."

Vent blinked, and Royce froze again as Phaeton said what she did. The blue Mega Man pulled away, and smiled kindly at Phaeton.

"Phaeton... you know that Ashe and I will do whatever we can to look after you. Royce is your friend, so... you're family to us as well. Right, Ashe?"

"Ah, right!" Ashe said that a bit quickly, more or less because she had been a bit to focused on staring at Royce that Vent's question caught her off guard.

"And well... We wouldn't be here if we didn't think of you guys as family."
