Who: Iris, Mega Man X, Ciel, Colonel (and Partners?)
What: Wakey wakey, Miss Crazy.
When: October 26th, 2 am.
Where: Royal Base Medical Ward.

( Iris had actually woke up a while ago, just she had kept very quiet and just sort of stared at the ceiling. )

The first person to great Iris was not X, or any of his friends, but rather, a young blond woman. There was a Kudamon draped around her shoulders.

"I see you're back on line," she said. "I'm glad. Hello, Iris. My name is Ciel, and I helped to repair you."

"Oh," was the first thing Iris said to Ciel, as she turned her head slightly to look at the woman. "... Thank you. Where am I?"

Ciel managed a tiny smile. "You're in a place called the Royal Base. I hope you're comfortable, at least."

Iris blinked, her expression remaining unreadable. "... I'm fine. Who else is here?"

Ciel frowned.

"Your brother, as well as his partner, and yours. And your friend X is on his way as well..."

As she said this, Ciel began contemplating whether she should have restrained Iris or not.

Iris then frowned a little and slowly moved to try and sit up.

Ciel walked over and put a hand on Iris's shoulder.

"Don't exert yourself, please. You have... some structural injuries, and even after I made the repairs, it'd be best if you didn't try to move around too much..."

Iris did find it harder then it should be, and slightly painful, to even make the attempt to get into a sitting position. So when Ciel put a hand on her and said that Iris sighed and stopped.

"Hrm, if you say so Miss Ciel."

"Please, just call me Ciel."

Ciel chewed on her lower lip. "Um, Iris. There's something else I wish to discuss with you..."

Iris blinked again and tilted her head slightly, but then winced a little. "What."

Ciel took a breath. "I had to... access your system to properly integrate the components I used in your repairs."

Looking away, Ciel closed her eyes. "This is nothing life threatening, Iris, but... there's a critical problem with your core consciousness. In simple terms, the introduction of an incompatible program has led to... certain imbalances..."

Iris made a small 'hrm' sound at the first thing Ciel said. Before closing her own eyes and taking a breath.

"I know that, and it's nothing to worry about, Ciel." she said after a moment, and smiled.

Ciel frowned.

"Iris," she said. "This is something to worry about. I said it wasn't life threatening, but it has led to serious mental and cognitive degradation..."

Iris' expression quickly shifted from a smile to a scowl, which she aimed at Ciel.

"I'm fine."

Ciel stood up, and turned away. "I'm sorry you feel that way," she said, heading towards the door. "I... will inform you when your friend X arrives."

Ciel wouldn't have long to wait, because X was already heading down the hallway to Iris' room as Ciel stepped out into the hallway.

X slowed down as he came up to Ciel and the already-waiting Colonel outside Iris' room. "Colonel." X nodded to him, then turned to Ciel. "Miss. How is Iris doing?"
