Chika hadn't quite felt like going straight back to the apartment after she and Ikuto had gone outside for their 'moment.' apparently, Ikuto hadn't either. So now she walked alongside him, her hand gently grasping his, the two of them walking through Tetha. She was happy. She really was happy, and the smile on her face showed it.
She glanced over at Ikuto, her cheeks flushing just a bit and her hand just slightly tightening its' hold on his. She averted her gaze back to the front, looking ahead and gaping as she saw a dome before them.
She had noticed the dome before, but she'd never been so close to it during her time here on Tetha. It was one of the only places she really avoided; she hadn't known quite what that dome was, and during the time that Ikuto had been away, she hadn't quite cared enough to be curious. Now, that postponed curiosity got the best of her.
"Ikuto-kun, do you know what that dome is ...?" She asked, awed at the sight.
Ikuto couldn't stop smiling, either. The frantic feeling of burning up and his heart racing had developed into a nice feeling of comfort, and his hand tightly held Chika's.
He looked at the dome as well, shaking his head and frowning.
Now that the two of them had a better chance to look at it, the whole city would have to be covered in order to better protect against wind damage. Yet the more Qilinmon flew around in circles to find a place to land, it became apparent that it was more like a half-dome than a whole one; more like a transparent wall with an open top.
"Do you see anyone down there?"
Qilinmon looked down, "Digimon, mostly. I'm not sure if I see any humans yet. I wouldn't know if anyone was expecting us."
Satsuma looked back down at his D-Comm, mulling over the idea of putting the word out he was above the city. He hadn't looked much over the networks as to who was out there, or even who was expecting him or not, or even if Yushima had made it there before him.
"Chika!" Ikuto didn't want her to get hurt, but he didn't see the harm in it himself so he followed, still holding onto her hand. He felt his D-Comm vibrating and beeping so he used his free hand to look at it, frowning at the two dots that were so close to him and Chika.
"Chika, someone is here." Putting his D-Comm back on his belt loop, he reached for his boomerang. He scanned the area carefully, and as he looked up he saw a small dot getting closer. He frowned, and pointed it out to Chika.
"What is that?" Maybe it was another Digimon, trying to find a home in the city. But the beep meant it was some kind of Digimon Tamer..
It was a little difficult to find a "parking space" so to speak, but once Qilinmon found a place to land there was no use in keeping it: the much larger Perfect-level glowed a hot yellow for a few seconds before dissolving in a spiral of orange data, which collected around Satsuma's shoulders and reformed into the solid, smaller form of Kudamon.
"Do you think it's indicating Tamers are here?" Kudamon asked as he noticed Satsuma looking at his D-Comm intensely, two dots seeming to close in on their location on the map screen.
"I don't know." Satsuma replied, looking up from the screen and watching the horizon. "Keep your guard up just in case."
Chika stopped her trek once Ikuto showed her his D-Comm, using her free hand to take her D-Comm out and look at it as well.
Her D-Comm's reaction was not too different from Ikuto's. Her eyes widened.
"Someone's coming?" She asked, though she knew relatively well what the constant beeping of the device meant. She'd heard it quite a few times before, after all.
"We should find Falcomon and Piyomon. We might fight." He didn't know who was coming, but his instincts told him that BECAUSE of that fact it would be much safer to find their companions first, just in case. Better to be safe then sorry.
Kudamon craned his head forward to see the screen on Satsuma's D-Comm, noticing the two dots starting to move away.
"They're pulling back?"
"They must know we've seen their signal," Satsuma replied. "Even if they're friends, they may think we're enemies and strike preemptively. We have to be cautious about this."
"Should we let them know we're here?"
Satsuma narrowed his eyes as he weighed his options. "I don't know. It could be a trap."

She looked back over to Ikuto, then ahead of her, cocking her head to the side just a little as she stared. And then she smiled again.
"Let's find out!" Chika was always up for exploration. And this was definitely a chance for just that - exploration.
"It looks so cool ..."
