Jack stormed down the crowded streets, looking all the world like the vicious pirate he should be. His sword bare and two pistols stuffed into his waistcoat, he stepped forward, a fine mist gathering behind him.

Gibbs followed next to him, looking as sure as the Captain. Along with him, a straggler followed, the small stalwart Samwise Gamgee who had been hiding under his cloak with Bearmon when Jack walked by.

Several digimon rushed the quartet but before Bearmon or Gibbs could react, Jack lifted his sword and ~~SLASHED~~

They fell to the side, unconscious, like the parting of the red sea as Jack made his way through the town.

"Reckon what you be doing out here again Jack is madness," remarked Gibbs. "Why then?"

"We have to see the day through Mr. Gibbs. I've never been one to follow tradition." answered Jack.

"Is Mr. Jack so intense all the time?" inquired Sam, his sword bare, Sting not glowing but still reassuring in his palm.

"Not usually," said Gibbs, shaking his head.

"It's cause I 'ave something to protect now. And I'm not lettin' some cod-swilling bilge rat 'arm 'er." Jack looked up at the massive digimon that stepped in front of them, ready to do the quartet harm. Jack grinned. "Hello Beastie."

The Allomon bellowed a war cry as the quartet readied themselves for battle.

O'Neill and Commandramon caught up with the group, staff hin the colonel's hand and gun in the Digimon's.

"Captain Sparrow, just a note, this is crazy. That said, I like crazy. Commandramon, let's do this."

"Yes sir!"

"And what's wrong with a little crazy in the world?" Larxene said, pulling out her daggers. She already had Lighdramon out, as in this situation, his Child form wouldn't cut it. "Now let's make sure our captain stays alive."

Jack grinned at his crew for a moment. "'it 'em wherever you feel like it Colonel. Larx, hit it from the air. Hobbit-person, round to the back. I want to see backstabbing. Mr. Gibbs? Fire at will!"

"Aye Captain!" Gibbs brought up the BFG he was carrying and fired; the long beam of energy blasting Allomon in the face as Jack and Sam darted forward, Sting and Magic Sword bare with Bearmon following his Tamer.

"Let's get busy!" Larxene smirked, taking up to the sky once Lightdramon had made.

"Blue Thunder!" the digimon cried out firing its lightning attack at the Allomon.

"DINO BURST!" announced Allomon, spitting a wave of flames at Lightdramon as Jack reappeared behind the Allomon, holding Sam with him as he heaved the hobbit up into the air.

Sam flailed for a moment before landing on Allomon's back, gripping tightly as Bearmon joined him. "This is crazy!" proclaimed Sam.

"Crazy like Jack!" laughed Gibbs as he fired the BFG once again, earning a startled pained cry. "C'mon Colonel, let's pour on the heat!"

Meanwhile Jack shunpoed up to the building. Testing a cable, he examined it before determining his course of action. Grabbing ahold, he slashed the support to which the force propelled him forward at the Allomon in a flying tackle.

"You got it Gibbs!" O'Neill blasted away with his staff.

"M-16 Assassin!" Commandramon fired away with his rifle.

"Electric Bite!" the adult level digimon said, biting into the Allomon.

"And here's the coup'd gras!" Larxene smirked, having gathered up quite enough electrical charge in her hands. Charge that she then sent right at the Allomon, striking him directly.

Sam clambered up to Allomon's head just as soon as Larxene struck it with electrical energy. Holding himself steady, he picked up his Frying Pan and with a resounding ~~CLANG~~ struck it in the head.

The Allomon cried out in pain as Gibbs fired again, adding to the wound. Sam slammed the Frying Pan three more times and it collapsed onto it's stomach, letting out a gurgle before falling into unconsciousness. "I... I did it?" panted Sam.

"You did," said Bearmon. "C'mon, up you get Sam! Where to Captain?"

Jack picked up a radio. "Crew report." After listening to several reports, he shut it off. "We're to pull back. I've ordered the crew to launch as soon as we arrive. Larxene, Colonel, make sure every member returns back to the Pearl. I've got some unfinished business to take care of."

"What unfinished business!" Larxene exclaimed. "And beggin your pardon Captain, but the last time you were left alone, we had to go to World's End to get you back. I'm not about to go through THAT again."

Jack's expression drew into a fine line, lips thinning before he relented. "If you must know, I'm concerned about a friend o'mine. Me sparring partner? I felt 'is spiritual energy over yonder an' 'e's tiring fast."

The expression was all Larxene needed to get her act together. "I understand... your orders will be carried out without delay... good luck then captain."

"See that you do. Colonel, I expect a full head-count once you get back to the Pearl. We be runnin' up a black flag upon approach and I want the Jolly Roger flying savvy?"

"I'm coming along with you!" exclaimed Sam, startling the small group. "Mr. Jack sir, I didn't really understand what was going on sir, but I know I can help!"

"You're daft man," protested Gibbs. "You're barely three-foot and armed with a stick-knife!"

"That's quite enough Mr. Gibbs," snapped Jack sternly. Looking down at the hobbit who looked up defiantly, Jack nodded. "All right. Change of plans then mates: I be 'eaded t' Caleb as soon as possible. 'ave Mr. Cotton set off the guns in warning shots. I don't want to drain the ship shields any longer than possible, aye? Snap to it y'scabberous dogs! We be settin' off for places unknown!"

Haku had been held up elsewhere as all hell had broken loose. He didn't know how much time had passed as he and YukiAgumon, now Yukidarumon, had battled through the hordes of attacking Digimon. The ninja was careful in his chakra use and only destroyed a Digimon if absolutely necessary.

As soon as they reached the ship, the pair leaped on board to find Jack preparing to set off into the chaos.

"Need help with anything, Captain?" Haku asked, as he straightened up.
