For Rock, it was some what strange. The strongest people he had ever known back home were flesh and blood men and women (though exceptional martial artists). Not people who had super powers and transformed into some sort of armored superheroes.
Still, he was doing what he could now, but even still, in a mob this nasty it was hard to keep track of what was going on, not to mention know when you knocked someone out entirely.
"It's not enough."
He heard Jeannemon say that, gripping her sword tightly. "So much pain and suffering and all because of that man."
Rock knew how she felt. When she had been Cassie, it had been the same way during that time with Shego that had helped her evolve to Witchmon. She also soon after died in the dokugumon horde but came back as she was now. Maybe part of him had been hoping it wouldn't come down to this with her.
But then he should have known that was a fool's dream. Suddenly their was a glow and he pulled out his d-comm. He put his game face on. This was what she wanted, and as her tamer, he was going to do everything he could. "Game on."
Jeannemon could feel it happening already as her body glowed. "Jeannemon evolve to... D'Arcmon!" From a peasant girl, she changed into a for winged, blonde haired woman, whose face was covered by a mask. In one hand she held a staff while in the other she wielded a sword. "La Pucelle!" She struck with her sword, glowing brightly as she struck into approaching Adult digimon. "Believe me friend, you do not wish to anger this Messenger!"
A fair-sized rock suddenly came flying down to smack an offending Digimon in the head as it began to rear up on one of the Rangers. This, of course, only managed to get its attention.
"Tricera Shield!"
And as it - a Kangaroomon, specifically - turned to see what was attempting to pester him, it got a face full of the Blue Dino Thunder Ranger's weapon. It reeled back, and the fully morphed Ethan landed before throwing a kick into its gut as Gotsumon jumped over his shoulders and punched the Digimon in the face. The combined blows were enough to send it stumbling back, at least for the moment.
Turning to his friends, Ethan threw them a thumb's up. "Man, for a bunch of multicolored superheroes, you guys are TOUGH to find in a crowd here!"
"I know," chuckled Kira as she threw a Muysamon over her shoulder and into a pack of charging digimon. "I suppose the phrase 'fight anything without a primary color' is out."
"Conner took a hit and we can't access our Dino Gems," summed up Kira. "plan?"
"I got nothin'. My plans usually end up being beat on it until it stops moving and then when it becomes 30 stories tall beat on it until it stops moving again anyways. They get any better when I get older?" The white ranger slashed at an attacking Dracomon.
"wow... that was different," Rock muttered, seeing what happened. "Although, we may want to consider falling back at some point."
"But all these people..." D'arcmon started to say.
"They're all running off of hate and rage. A mob is only as a smart as the dumbest person." Rock said, narrowing his eyes. "And let's face it, at the moment, that mob is probably a lot of the city's digimon. We stay here for too long, we just might get overrun."
"... Okay, guys," said Conner. "I like, know we're supposed to be 'protectors of the right, defenders sworn to fight', but... there's only so much we can do, even like this."
He sighed. "We need to either, like, find more people to help us, or focus on getting who we can off of this place."

"I think I have a plan," he said. "And that's blast the heck out of these losers. Let's put em together?"

"Z-REX BLASTER!"
An energy beam surged down the street, tearing through the mob and effectively giving them a line to get through.
"Huh," said Conner. "Usually they sit still for that."

Leanbow blocked a strike from one the Digimon, but failed to notice the Leomon coming from behind. Guilmon however, hadn't.
"LEANBOW! Look out!" Leanbow dodged, but in his attaempt tripped. The Leomon brought down his blade again. Guilmon ran to his Tamer.
"Guilmon evolve to....FLAWIZARMON! BLAZING BLADE!" Flawizarmon stopped the attack, and struck the Leomon with his now fiery sword.
