Tetha wasn't used to the weird but slowly was accustoming itself to it. The least of which was Loz, the biggest out of all of Caleb's named heavily modified clones lumbering around in full Moonkin form. A big feathery form, topping eight feet, he spotted Kyon and waved to him. "HOOT!" he proclaimed over the din of the crowds. "Kyon, it's Loz! Y'know, Caleb? What's up?"

Kyon's reaction could be expected, as he jumped at the hoot, fumbling his D-comm before it clattered to the ground and he just stared at the... Owl, bird... Thing, that wasn't a digimon that's for sure, claiming to be Caleb.

"... Uh, shopping." So eloquent.

"ORLY?" hooted Loz. "I suppose then I should help ya out considering ten to one as according to the threads, you're doing the bidding of that girlfriend of yours eh?"

The Moonkin hooted loudly. "C'mon, lets get going."

"Yes, and sure any help would be we--," Now watch as Kyon's mental train gets horribly derailed at the use of a certain word starting in 'girl' and ending in 'friend'. "WHAT SHE IS NOT, WE'RE NOT... I don't like her like that."

But that didn't stop Kyon from getting up, and grabbing his D-Comm from the ground. "Whatever," he sighed, holding up the comm for Loz to see. It's a pretty well detailed list of the various guitars Kyon was able to find (That also came in the color white, but Loz-Caleb didn't know that.) "I'm no good with instruments, I need to know which guitar is good... And cheap. Without certain people finding out."

"HOOT! ORLY?" proclaimed Loz. "Well then, you should come with me to the local music store. Caleb knows his good instruments and I'm Caleb right down to the memories, HOOT!"

"And if anything we can drag Shagon out here even though you'll have to put up with his snark, HOOT!" proclaimed the Owlkin, Moonkin, WHATEVER.

Kyon could just feel a headache coming on. "... Stop doing that, the oh really thing please," he muttered, attempting to sound polite as he started to head towards the music stores. "And no thanks. Too many people will just make this harder."

Loz leaned in, violating personal space as he gave him an owlish blinking stare. "I do it... cause I think you're funny. Hoot."

Then, the moonkin grinned and pointed dramatically. "Onward to the Music Store!"

And then he started to dance.

"... yare yare," Kyon muttered, the words just slipping out as he went off towards their destination.

Somehow able to ignore the dancing moonkin. It's a skill of his, really.

The pair trekked for a little bit before Loz pointed out the store. "Hoot, here it is, the Tetha Old Music Shoppe. C'mon."

Somehow fitting his massive bulk into the building, Loz inhaled. "Smell that? That's the smell of fresh and old instruments. Well cared for hoot."

"Uh... huh," Kyon is just going to agree with Loz, since well... Yeah. "So, uh..."

He was looking around, but not actually going to touch anything just in case Murphy decides to screw with him today.

Loz made a clutching motion to his chest and in a flash of light, another moonkin seperated from him. And then that moonkin shimmered with arcane light and turned into a reasonable facimile of his original form. "Okay, he'll act as our go-between. Meet Cloud."

"Yo," replied Cloud, waving.

"Now then, onto buisness. Music instruments. What're you looking for, hoot?" Loz inquired of Kyon.

Okay, that was weird. Stop being weird Caleb, Kyon has a quota and you're pushing it.

"... a guitar." he answered.

"Guitar. Bass, regular, acoustic, mmm? Eh, Cloud, bud, go get a few, hoot." said Loz. Cloud gave him a jaunty salute and headed off while the moonkin plucked a random guitar off the rack. Delicately strumming it, he plugged it into a nearby amp. "The thing you need to know about guitars Kyon is that there are many different guitars. This one is your standard electric."

Strumming it, he played the intro to The Wind, the Waves and the Stars from Chrono Cross. "And then," added Loz, exchanging for an acoustic. "This one is your standard Hippie Beater." Grinning, he strummed it out and sung the Whiny Protest Song from the Animaniacs movie. "Does your lady friend have any specifications to this guitar?"

Kyon just stares blankly, he had no clue... wait! He shook his head, he had some idea and maybe, just maybe they might have it.

"Electric, she had this guitar she used once," he started, actually sounding... Excited. "During a festival, if we can find one like it then it'd be perfect."

"ORLY? What did it look like?" inquired Loz as he handed back Cloud the guitars. "And if she'll have an electric one, we'll have to see Caleb-Prime about getting it enchanted with Quintessence so that it'll make the proper sound when played. Otherwise it'll sound dull and lifeless." Loz grinned. "And I doubt you'll want to lug around an amp all the time; am I right?"

"True, since I'd be the one carrying the amp too," Kyon answered, actually smiling a little. "I'm pretty sure for the talent thing at the festival they'll have the proper equipment, but yeah better safe then sorry."

Then Kyon started to describe, to the best of his memory, the guitar Haruhi had used during her stint with ENZO.
