I thought I had a job for a split second on Tuesday, but it turned out it was just miscommunication between three recruiters at one of the agencies I signed up with. A similar communication issue happened on Tuesday at another agency I use. Maybe the latter will be able to book an interview for me, so we'll see. The small freelance gig I had over the weekend, testing a mobile app, went well and I should be getting paid this week. I got two contracts in from artists, which gives me a little breathing room. I was out with peeps last night, so I watched ELEMENTARY during today's break, and then re-watched last week's episode. I watched this week's ep of THE MINDY PROJECT and it was hilarious! I still haven't seen SUPER FUN NIGHT, because abc's web site now requires you to verify a cable provider before you can watch current episodes. :P

I didn't get as far as I usually do in the jQuery book today, but I'll have another opportunity to wrangle with the code sample that's giving me trouble tomorrow.
