Spent most of yesterday in codecademy working on the final project in the js module. Depending on my frustration level, I may go ahead and start the jquery module today. I did manage to finish another Glen Keane drawing last night, though. Still struggling with accuracy, Argh!
The person who designed this Tauriel + Legolas poster knew about the Hawkeye project.
I reblogged a post on misogyny in the media from cesperanza, and I still need to listen to the podcast ep being referenced. So behind on my podcast feed. I had heard somewhere on tumblr that not caring about drawing in girls is the reason that Young Justice was canceled, a show I discovered last December. I also remember hearing something about "too many female viewers and not enough males 18-49" about the live-action Blade series that used to be on SPIKE. I only got to see the pilot and was totally into it (black vampire slayer with samurai sword and a motorcycle, quelle surprise you say) before I heard it was gone.
