I think I'll spend today going through more of the Flash CS4 book I have and spend time in Photoshop later this evening. I googled the specs for the Android phone, but it didn't give a specific file format for their static wallpapers. serialkarma, do you happen to know which file extensions are compatible? I may need to google a user manual to get the answer....
