I don't understand...
I'm really beginning to wonder if it is me that just thinks horribly wrong or if the world has lost all common sense. I'm getting very fed up with people who cry about their lives sucking and being shit yet they do nothing to try and better their situation. I'm not saying everyone is able to control every situation but there are far too many people out there who aren't willing to lift a little finger to try and make their lives better and they do have to means. It seems this whole society is too worried about what the other people are doing and that they don't want to be responsible for any bad decisions that they are not making any decisions at all. I make bad decisions all the time and I learn from them. I make mistakes and clean up the mess. The world isn't going to end if I make a bad decision. It is how we learn. How and when did making a bad decision start equating to such a horrible thing? Come on people, step up and start doing something with your life. Stop giving a crap what other people think and take control of yourself. This doesn't mean blatently disregard everyone else and stop being a caring individual. It just means that it shouldn't matter what your neighbor is doing for you to make a decision in any situation. If it is a decision that is completely up to you then do your educational research (not polling all your friends) and make the decision that is best for the situation.
Another thing, if you have an issue with someone you interact with on a daily basis tell them. You don't have to be mean about it. You can bring it up in a nice way, just let them know. No one can fix a problem they know nothing about.
If you feel that something you are doing is wrong and harming either you or someone else, stop doing it. Yes, I know there are things that aren't that simple. I'm guilty of them too. I'm a smoker and I've tried to quit but I can't yet. But I was able to quit when I was pregnant. Be kind and considerate but truthful and take responsibility for your actions. Treat people as you would like to be treated. Why are these so difficult of things to understand??? People really just need to get off their lazy asses and start doing something about this horrible mess we have gotten ourselves into as a society.
Oh ya, and people wonder why there is so much violence and crime in the United States. Take a look around. There is only so much money in circulation and the richer rich people get means that the poor are getting poorer. If the poor can't get rich by doing things legally, they will take the law into their own hands. People, start taking care of each other!! Does it really make you feel good to know that you are driving around in a Lexus with big fat bling all over you while wearing Armani and people not more than 10 miles away from you at any given time are most likely starving??? That is fucked up!!!!
