mom, father-unit (f.u.),

while i have you in town for the next week
we should revisit some rudimentary guidelines:

--- telling me to "hush" when either of you (f.u.)
are being dogmatic, petulant, pious, unbending, judgemental,
arrogant, and sanctimonious is not adequate,
nor acceptable.

--- proselytizing will not be neccessary, nor tolerated.

--- i know you pride yourselves on being anti-intellectual,
so save the large words and the progressive ideas for the
adults at the table, and you just focus on your table manners.

--- an act of congress could not change who you are, how you live,
your very small outlook, etc. let's assume other people deserve
the courtesy of that very same assumption, and move forward.
try to be human. try to understand that not everyone is as
"enlightened" and "filled w/ the truth" as you are.

--- i reserve the right to ask you to leave my city, at any point, for any reason.

--- if all else fails, you are always welcome to shut the fuck up,
try and have a good vacation, and not make your daughters life a cesspool
whilst doing it.
