Ally, you do not have to feel sorry for anything you do. You are who you are and be proud. Having emotions makes people understand that you feel things and you are personal. This time is a life changing event and it's understandable to be frightened or sad. Don't ever feel sorry for the things you do, if they make you feel better, then by all means, do it. If you want to cry, then do it, don't hold it in, holding it in only makes it worse. I love you Ally.
