Salad for 1/6 was greens, jicama, mandarin oranges, sliced almonds, chow mein noodles and sesame ginger dressing.
Today - greens, cucumber, jicama, black olives, feta cheese, croutons and zesty Italian dressing.
No one cares about my newly acquired love for salad I'm sure, but it's a big deal for me. I'm also still not smoking, yay, and drinking water. Not as much as I should yet, but more than I'm used to.
Everything else is falling apart, it seems, but I'll be damned if I give up on these resolutions. You gotta have something to hang on to, right?
