(no subject)
Thank goodness it is Friday and we seem to have melted away all the remaining snow and ice. I'm sorry for those of you on the East Coast who are supposed to get pounded but we dealt with it last week.
I am finally, finally done with any and all wedding crap. We had a reception last weekend in the states so that our parents friends and our friends who didn't want to join us in Jamaica could come and party. Of course that is when ICEAPOCOLYPSE 2010 decided to hit Missouri. It wasn't as bad as they predicted but several people we were hoping would come into town didn't due to the weather. Of course several did so we had about 30 out of town guests to entertain. This mostly consisted of trips to Bass Pro and personal shuttle service to and from the airport.
We are both exhausted and the hubby got sick. This may in fact be the first time that I am the healthy one... I'm marking this on my calender. Through all of the craziness I did manage to lose a little weight which is nice. Of course not enough to get the double chins out of the pictures that were being taken but que sera sera.
This weekend the plans are to collapse on the couch and not move until sometime after the Super Bowl.
and for some reason I found this amusing.
I found this picture today flipping through some Yahoo! gallery and it made me laugh. It's Kevin Jonas and his new wife who appears to be flinching away from him.
At least that's what it looks like to me. I don't know, her body language is just tense and off.
