Kano walked into class nervously as he looked around. He took a seat away from the other students who were already there. He took out a book to hide behind.

Looking around, Kiti noticed a book that looked mildly familiar, but she wasn't quite sure, the readers hands were covering the title. That was when she realized that the reader wasn't even mildly familiar. She figured an introduction might help cover some of her embarrassment, so she decided on the (not so) subtle approach.

"What's that you're reading?" she asked "Normally I probably wouldn't actually ask, but your fingers are covering the title!" she smiled disarmingly.

Kano looked up at Kiti then looked at the book. "It's the Republic by Plato" Kano replied softly.

"My Ojiisan teaches Philosophy in the U.S., he has ton's of fascinating books. I always thought he was a bit of an idealist, Human nature just won't allow a perfect world." Kiti realized that that last sentance was a bit scrambled so she decided to clarify-
"Plato not my Ojiisan. Ojiisan's a behaivoralist." then "Did that make any sense whatsoever?" she asked laughing.

"Thats typical." she paused "This may be a stupid question, but are you new here? I don't remember seeing you in any of my classes before-of course I've only been here a couple weeks so I may have just missed you."
