"That sounds like a great idea to me! I don't know the area very well though, so your going to have to lead." Kiti grinned broadly, window shopping was a favorite activity of hers.

Hikaru grinned sheepishly. "I'm not too great with this area yet either...but I guess I might know it a bit better than you. I know the general direction of shopping."

Hikaru started walking in the direction she knew to have shopping, expecting Kiti to come with her. "So, do you have anything in particular you'd like to look at?"

"Weeelll-" Kiti said thoughtfully, " I think Kenshin mentioned that there's a joke shop around here somewhere, those are usually great places to find props, otherwise, we can just explore." Kiti walked along besides Hikaru.

"I could use a soda though, my treat?" she asked raising one eyebrow. Ok, she tried to raise one eyebrow, it didn't work but really thats what she meant to do.

Hikaru shook her head. "I'm not allowed to have soda. Too much sugar. But I wont say no to some water." She replied, pointing out some vending machines along the street that sold water and soda.

"Cool, I prefer diet myself." Kiti replied as she dug through her purse. As she pressed her choices for a water and then a diet soda she drew up her courage to ask a rather personal question.

"You and Junichi seem pretty close, have you known him long?" she asked casually, handing over the water.

"We've been dance partners since I was ten years old, but in the same dance classes since I was three...We're best friends and partners for dance, nothing more." Hikaru smiled at her as she took a sip of water.

"I'd love to see you dance sometime, I've always wanted to learn, but my parents made me choose between dance and matial arts, since I was already doing the juggling and magic. I decided self-defense was more important." A shadow passed momentarily over Kiti's features but she quickly shrugged it off. "I guess they didn't want me to burn out."

"Well, I have dance lessons in about an hour...would you like to come with me? I'm sure Sensei won't mind if you watch. I could even teach you some basic dance if you'd like." She smiled at Kiti.

"And you're right, self-defense is really important. I dropped my hip-hop class to take martial arts lessons when I was twelve." Her expression and eyes took a dead, inward look for a second before she seemed to realize it and smiled a bit sheepishly.

That would be way cool, if I wouldn't be in the way." Kiti beamed "And if you think you can teach me that would be fun. That would definitely be a cool trade for the juggling!-Not that I expected a trade." Kiti added hastily realizing how that sounded.

Hikaru grinned. "Well then, we'll start with having you come to practice. We have burn outs today, so I'm afraid it wont be all that interesting, but watching is as important as doing in dance."
