getting rid of the reputation
Adam has now labeled me "a disgrace to the LJ community" ...
Im not really sure i deserve that, however i figure that because today is a lazy gray sunday afternoon ill take a moment to type a few lines.
Christmas and New Years are both over and i only have about 13 more days until i have to be back at school. Part of me is ready because i miss everyone and part of me is dreading it because i don't want to go to class yet.
Nothing wonderful has happened to me over the break so far. I got some fun things for christmas, i got trashed on new years... well i got tipsy on christmas too. hmmm
I got to watch other people make out when the clock struck 12. I didn't know if i should have been jealous or just glad that nobody was there to kiss me cause i might have thrown up on them.
SICK THE FUCK OUT RIGHT?
Danielle and i got together yesterday. We went to the longview mall and i got some earings at the body shop. Then we came back to marshall cause Oma was cooking new years dinner. She has a tradition of black eyed peas for luck and turnip greens for wealth.aww cute Oma
We went back to longview to go see the Darkness. We got there like an hour and half early so we got our tickets then went to Books-A-Million. I ended up getting a book of x-rated shot recipes and a book of poetry called Women. Then we sat on the personal growth aisle and looked at sex positions. FOR THE RECORD you may all think im the perv here, which granted is slightly true, but this was Danielles idea. It was really fun though... and i have been on that aisle several times before i shant lie! haha
SO back to this movie... i thought it was pretty good. I didn't enjoy the ending so much and parts moved a bit slow. but it was supposed to be drawn out and suspensful. Im gonna have to rent it when it comes out and watch it again in private. I think im refusing to go to the theatre again! People are so fucking disrespectful. This girl infront of us was on her cellphone the whole time talking really loud and saying "this movie sucks lets go" but they enver would. The lady next to me fell asleep and was snoring... she was also eating chicken out of a bag when she came in. AH Then this whole row of people were talking and finally the manager came and kicked them out, but of course they made a big ass scene. This guy behind us kept saying perverted things to his totally underdressed girlfriend. IT was an awful experience of public behavior. I can't watch a movie while people are talking. I need complete silence to be able to pay attention and get the full effect. BUT then Danielle kept saying "this movie sucks" and i was like GODDAMNIT i payed fucking $8 for this everyone shut the fuck up. SO i may not be a theatre customer any longer. With blockbuster you can pause, wear pajamas, pay only $4 and watch it over and over again if you feel the need. Its just obviously a better deal to wait for a movie to come to the shelves.
So all that really made me want to watch a movie and then take a nap. haha
