Sounds like you have been busy... Excited about your new car? By the time you get this you'll already have picked it up I'm sure.
Life's been busy, I've been traveling a lot, in texas this week, about 1/2 a mile from the border. It's muggy as shit here but beautiful, well more beautiful than the midwest pre-spring browns and melty snow grays... Started a new job last week. I'm the assistant electrician for Sesame Street Live. We are in Baton Rouge (New Orleans here I come!!) next week, Oaklahoma City, Denver, Los Vegas, Reno, Seattle, Hollywood, El Paso, Pheonix, and Prescott. I'm really excited to be in Denver and Hollywood. I've never been to the west coast, so that will be great.
Anyway, That's really what I've been doing... I was on tour with that terrible show, then I had about 10 days off in which I traveled from Dickinson, ND (my last day on the tour) after staying with my friend Bill for a few days to Minneapolis for a night, then to Madison for a few days, then to my parents for a few days, then to New York for a night before I flew to Wichita, KS to join up with Big Bird...
It's been a tiring year-of-travel... but great to see the country. I've also been reading The People's History of the United States by Howard Zinn, so it's been cool to see the country at the same time.
My friend Neal told me to do this, and I'm very glad I am... even if by accident.
Anyway, I'm going to jump in the shower. Drop me a line if you made it to the end of this LONG reply. I'll talk to you later...
Yes I'm very excited. I had already picked it up by the time I read this last night, but I didn't respond till morning. WOW you have been all over the country.
I've been to the west coast once. Senior class trip we flew into San Francisco and then drove down the coast in a tour bus to Santa Monica. It's absolutely beautiful. I want to go back sometime.
I must ask, any hot boys underneath those big costumes?

I've never been to SF, but I might do a show there after this tour. It's not official yet, but possible.
Headed for the shower, we've got a LONG day ahead of us... talk to you soon... Enjoy your car!
