RE: KKB - Expenses and Earnings

First part directed to Han-Yee-

According to your .DOC about the expenses, you applied the AX 2006 net profit of $50 to the cost of the printing from Dream Weaver Press. Meaning, you only actually had to put out $190 from your pocket instead of $240.

Now, since you got back $140 from the Otakon sales (14 books x $10), that makes it a remainder of $50 that still needs to be repaid back to you to break even.

So far, 6 people have expressed interest in buying the doujin and sent in their information - two of them international. 4 have paid; 3 to you and 1 to me. I will transfer that payment over to you when I have the time (soon). One is paying via cash, and I sent an email to Sadies (tastyrobot) this evening about payment. In total, that's about $101.90 once all payments are received from those 6.

So, your payback is complete. From those 3 that sent you Paypal directly, the total should have been $50.95.

Does this sound correct to you? Please tell me if it's not clear, and I'll try to explain again.

Second part directed to SW-

I heard from Han-Yee that you'll be taking the 10 copies of KKB to another convention to sell? Is this correct? Which convention is it? (I'd like to put it down into the spreadsheet.)

kkb, expenses, convention, accounting
