2005.........
I was inspired by Becky's journal (see, I told you I would give you credit!) and I'm gonna list my accomplishments this year, not that there are many, so I can see if 2005 was a waste of a year or not.
Hmmm I think that's it....Wow that took me a long time to do. If I can think of any more I'll add them. At least now I have a list to look at when I'm feeling like a complete and total F A I L U R E. As for my New Year's resolution----I don't have one. I can never remember them the next week, and want I want to fix isn't my responsibility to fix, it's a certain person's. So, Happy New Year, and I'll be counting down the days to May 18 soon enough.
- Passed Lyons class which means....NO MORE LYONS.....E V E R
- Got 4s on both Lang and APUSH
- Somehow got back together with Derek
- Got into University of Florida, the only school I've ever wanted to go to
- Got a 29 on ACT
- 100% Bright Futures baby!!
- Actually began to believe I wasn't ugly, and that I'm not fat.
- Found my clone
- Free prom and homecoming dresses!!!!!!!
- Had a date to homecoming and I have a date for prom..if he knows what's good for him, lol
- Got a MySpace...yay?...........(no, it's not copying!! lol)
- Got my license!!!!
- Lasted a semester with Royster without going crazy
- Got a job...not that I go or anything...
- Finally decided that somebody's not worth trying to stay friends with, if they never call or comment or IM or make any effort to keep the friendship
- Successfully kept the only two friends that I have left that I feel I can tell anything to, and won't be judged or criticized, and will keep in touch with next year, and every year
- Found out that guys do PMS, and their's last longer than ours do
- Every day, I discover that my life is more and more like a chick flick, and there's nothing I can do about it. But that's okay, because now my friends don't have to pay to see one, they can just listen to me.
