Right so today I did Jillian Michaels - 30 Day shred. It's been gathering dust for some years in our dvd cupboard but I'm very much in a determined frame of mind of late so bring it on! Then I did my Carmen warm up after...should have been the other way round but it's all good.

because OH MY GOD did my body know it hadn't had carbs today! And I ordered a chocalate gateau from Iceland!, although I'm not sure it's edible anymore after finding Samuel almost head first in it yesterday 🙄. It's like I have a split personality - one eating healthily and downing pints of water and the other buying chocolate and sneaking mini cheddars upstairs. But that's it! That'll be the only carbs I have today. Because I WILL look like Alicia Vikander in Tomb Raider 💪
