I didn't even know my bra size until I made a movie.

barty and I have recently gone through all my movies. In the last decade 31 movies have been banned in the UK, of a small handful of these have actually been released elsehwere. For some reason I own one of these movies - a gift from my dad. I've decided I'll definitely won't be watching it on my own, but in company... just to see other people's ( Read more... )

No to ticky for the sake of it boxes? :C

I lobe the cinema but ££ puts me off. Paying £20+ (often more than that as we'll be in town or IMAX) plus another £10 in snacks to have to see people's phone lights/teens giggling etc. puts me off. I'd put up with it if it was £6-8 and £5-6 for snacks but the outlay is too much when we could go out for a meal with that £35, yanno?

No, I thought the poll was long enough as it is :) And when you have one snowflake, you need to add the rest for everything...

The last time I have been to the cinema was to see 'Blood Rain' (a Chinese movie I think) with elethiomel as part of the BFI film festival, erm..., 7, maybe 8 years ago?

I've noticed prices have gone up loads, but I'd like to go once in a while. Speking of restaurants have you been to the Gay Hussar in Greek Street?

No. We pass it regularly to go to The Green Carnation and it looks and smells yum but never been :( (mainly because after a few drinks @tgc you're left wondering where all your ££ went!) Have you been, is it good?

Did you decide if you're Moomin Land-ing it for your bday?

If I had a cineworld near me I'd go all the time as they're the only cinema who offer monthy subs but the nearest is Wandsworth in a location shitty to get to via public transport for us. :-/

No, I want to go there at some point (perfect for John as it has about 10 different versions of pork :)). I just thought you may have stepped in there (it was my dad who actually recommended it).

We are road-tripping for my birthday - 6 days in Monaco/7 days by Lake Garda.

I think Nicole's been and can give you a yay/nay on how good it is...or possibly I'm confusing a dutch place nearby.

Will you get to drive? ;)

This is a Hungarian restaurant.

And... maybe 14-hour drive and I am not even allowed to eat a cookie in the car in case I get crumbs anywhere. Do you think I'll be able to even touch the steering wheel?

I'd bring many cookies mwahaha! ;)

No, I know I just meant I think she may have eaten there (it rings a bell with Paul saying she had recommended the place to him) but I could be off base as I believe there is also a Dutch place nearby and could be confusing myself completely, iyswim?
