[Techie] Comp Help

My comp is running slow. So I have checked my process list and found two files running I don't recognise:

CSRSS.EXE
ATIECLXX.EXE

I can't seem to force close them. Are they harmful?

Any other ideas on what programs are useful to keep it clean? I have been using AVG for viral and Malwarebytes for adaware.
