This is Fujiwara Akio, reporting for the weather! This morning is vaguely overcast, isn't it? But don't fear! The bright winter sun will shine down the entire damp streets in the city! The day's high will reach sometime at night which will be at 50 degrees.

The military just announced that they would conduct some heavy experiment that would consume electricity worth of the whole city. So please take appropriate precautions for the blackout starting at 1000 AM till midnight. Any kind of protests, please direct them to the local police.
