Overdue Post
I know, I know, I haven't posted here in forever. I've been too busy keeping my photo blog and myspace journal up to date. I am sorry. My myspace journal is pretty much just like this one, so check there for useless crap. Photo blog is mainly about photo stuff, which is to be expected.
Anyway, here's my obligatory post. It's the same one I just posted on myspace, but I hope you like it anyway!
First things first - a photo of our new nephew Ob, who we met this past weekend in D.C.
Secondly, Matt embarked on a coffee-roasting quest this evening! It went really well. We got green coffee beans at "The Coffee Trade", down the street from us. He wasn't sure how it would turn out, as the beans took a bit longer than normal to roast to the proper color, but we brewed a cup and it was really good.

And finally, Matt cooling the beans in a colander to halt the pyrolysis.
