This weekend Daniel and I went to Ojai to visit my parents so we could all discuss my upcoming surgery (yet another one) and finances (I'm going to be out of work for a while because of it). Sunday was the day we had said discussion, but it went well! Sunday started off with a family breakfast with my mom and dad, my older brother and older sister and her fiance. Then Daniel and I did some chores while my parents went to work, then we had the important discussion. After that, it was pizza at Boccali's in Ojai, and then on the road home to Oakland.
