And because Cole was there, so was Aziraphale. Glad to be back inside his house.

Even with the seriousness of this, Phoebe had to grin at her sib. "A candle would help. See, after reading something in one of Aziraphale's books about spells going backwards." She it her lip. "I was thinking I could draw the sigil backward as I recite a spell fom my book and then pass the candle through it..."

"Would birthday candles work?" Wilson asked, looking devilishly innocent.

Sorry, he was still much with the amusement in the situation but he shoved away from the wall and in short order returned with the neatly trimmed pillar candles that Phale kept around for the times when he had to phone home.

Handing a couple over to Phoebe, he then returned to the wall and quietly observed the proceedings.

"It's gonna work," Sam said, insistent and somehow desperate at the same time. It might be noted that he was standing well out of arm's reach of both Cole and Phoebe, and concentrating so hard on not fidgeting (it made, uh, certain areas of his jeans uncomfortable) he was practically sweating.

Phoebe swallowed nervously and inside, she was silently repeating everyone else's plea. She looked at Piper and smiled faintly.

"Cole... I need you stand closer to the table, okay?"

She lit the candle and handed it to Piper.

"I'm going to draw the sigil backwards in the air and then Piper is going to pass the candle through it as I say the spell. Is everyone ready?"
