Well this is really none of my business so please dont get offended anyone. But I thought as being someone who is on the outside of this you might want my veiw on things.
Ya'll have issues between yourselves. And its not gonna help acusing others and saying they can't understand. Because to a certain extent you all have pain inside. Nothing will ever be resolved unless things are talked out. I mean I know for experiance I will say I worked things out with somone, when really I was still emotional and angry, therefore me being like this lead up to a worse fight. You really have to communicate, get all the feelings on the table, and dont hold anything back. Be prepared for some things you dont like to hear, and also be prepared to understand, because if u can't even for the slightest second understand what the other person is going through there is no point in attempting to settle things. I am here for you guys, if u need my help in any way to improve things well I will do anything You need me to do. I dont like to see you all hurting. Something I stick to which I said in an earlier journal, "whats not black, or white leaves you in a shade of grey". Well that sentence is very clear to me maybe it will be clear to you guys too. Remember to allow yourself to actually forgive, because it is a farless painful feeling then always being mad at someone. You can't change people they are why they are for a reason, you have to accept them for them selves. Maybe you will like them, love them, hate them or just be friends with them. Life isn't life, without confusion and chaos so make the best of things. Take care
