doesn't take a genius to see that the RNC is making spoofs of conservation in order to convince americans that we really need to drill offshore and in the arctic refuge. why can't they talk about reducing emissions and demand? why are they so irresponsible? the american people agree that we should be drilling offshore, in polls at least...whatever.
obama suggests inflating tires, and the RNC makes a joke out if it, as it he was wrong about saving gas as a result. they are making themselves look really stupid...like they can't figure out it's not just about getting oil companies rich anymore. people are getting really really angry about big oil's influence. i'm ready to join the political game in order to do something about the energy crisis and global warming. i can do without most things. i can't do without standing up for something that outrages me.
when leadership goes sour, the people really miss out. my question is though, where does the responsibility really lie? politicians need to stop ruining this country, and more people need to start thinking for themselves, educating themselves, educating others.
if i ran for president, i would run on education. it's the seed.
